Welcome to Pretty Promotions. By accessing or using our website, booking our services, or purchasing products from us, you agree to these Terms, Conditions & Website Policies. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website or services.
1. About Pretty Promotions
Pretty Promotions provides professional photography and promotional media services, including but not limited to:
Wedding photography
Engagement sessions
Festivals and fairs
Concert and live music photography
Corporate events
Community events
Portrait sessions
Branding and promotional photography
Custom photography packages
Services, packages, pricing, and availability are subject to change.
2. Booking & Payment
A signed agreement and any required retainer must be received before a date is officially reserved.
Unless otherwise stated in the applicable client agreement:
Retainers are non-refundable.
Remaining balances are due according to the terms of the service agreement.
Failure to make required payments may result in cancellation of services or delayed delivery of photographs, galleries, videos, or other deliverables.
A booking is not considered confirmed until all required booking requirements have been completed.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellation and rescheduling policies may vary depending on the service booked and will be outlined in the applicable client agreement.
Rescheduling requests will be accommodated whenever reasonably possible but are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
Pretty Promotions reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or reschedule services due to emergencies, illness, injury, unsafe conditions, severe weather, venue restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
4. Photography Style & Artistic Discretion
By booking Pretty Promotions, clients acknowledge that they have reviewed our portfolio and understand our photographic and editing style.
Photography is artistic in nature. Composition, posing, lighting, image selection, editing, cropping, color correction, black-and-white conversions, and other artistic decisions remain at the discretion of Pretty Promotions.
While every reasonable effort will be made to capture requested photographs, specific images, poses, moments, or results cannot be guaranteed due to circumstances such as timing, lighting, weather, venue restrictions, guest cooperation, and other factors outside the photographer's control.
5. Image Delivery
Delivery times vary depending on the service provided and the terms of the applicable client agreement.
Unless otherwise specified:
Wedding galleries are generally delivered within 6–8 weeks.
Portrait and event galleries are delivered according to the timeframe provided in the applicable agreement.
Preview or “Sneak Peek” images may be provided at the discretion of Pretty Promotions.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may be extended during peak seasons, high-volume periods, emergencies, illness, technical difficulties, or other unforeseen circumstances.
6. Copyright & Personal-Use License
All photographs and original creative work produced by Pretty Promotions remain protected by United States Copyright Law and remain the copyrighted property of Pretty Promotions unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
Unless otherwise stated in a client agreement, clients receive a personal-use license allowing them to:
Download their photographs.
Print photographs for personal use.
Share photographs on personal social media.
Create personal keepsakes and gifts.
Clients may not:
Sell photographs.
Use photographs for commercial purposes without permission.
Heavily edit or significantly alter photographs.
Apply filters that substantially change the photographer's finished work.
Remove watermarks from watermarked or preview images.
Submit photographs for commercial publication, advertising, or promotional use without written permission.
Commercial use may require a separate written licensing agreement.
7. Portfolio & Promotional Image Use
Unless otherwise restricted by a signed client agreement, Pretty Promotions may use photographs created during sessions or events for legitimate business and promotional purposes, including:
Portfolio displays
Website galleries
Social media
Advertising and marketing materials
Printed promotional materials
Photography competitions
Professional publications
Clients who require their photographs to remain private should notify Pretty Promotions before their event or session and complete any applicable privacy or image-use provisions contained in their agreement.
8. Website Content & Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise indicated, photographs, graphics, logos, branding elements, text, designs, and other original content appearing on the Pretty Promotions website are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
Website content may not be copied, reproduced, republished, distributed, sold, modified, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission from Pretty Promotions.
9. Website User Conduct
Users agree not to:
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, servers, accounts, or systems.
Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful software.
Copy, scrape, steal, or misuse website content.

Except where prohibited by applicable law, Pretty Promotions' total liability relating to contracted services shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the client for the affected services.

Pretty Promotions shall not be held responsible for a delay, interruption, or failure to perform obligations when caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
Such circumstances may include, but are not limited to:

Severe weather
Fires or floods
Government actions or restrictions

When reasonably possible, Pretty Promotions will work with affected clients to determine an appropriate alternative arrangement.

19. Client Cancellations
If a client cancels booked services, payments already made may be non-refundable or forfeited according to the terms of the signed client agreement.
The applicable signed agreement will control if its cancellation provisions differ from these general website policies.
20. Rescheduling
Rescheduling requests are subject to photographer availability.
Pretty Promotions will make reasonable efforts to accommodate a requested new date; however, availability cannot be guaranteed.
Additional fees may apply when permitted under the applicable client agreement.
21. Digital Products
Because downloadable digital photographs and other digital products cannot be physically returned once delivered or accessed, digital product purchases are generally final except where otherwise required by law or expressly agreed to in writing.

22. Sharing Your Photographs
Pretty Promotions loves seeing clients enjoy and share their photographs.
When sharing professionally edited photographs online, clients are kindly asked to:
Credit Pretty Promotions whenever possible.
Avoid removing watermarks from preview or watermarked images.
Avoid applying heavy filters, edits, crops, or alterations that substantially change the photographer's finished work.
These guidelines help preserve the quality and artistic integrity of the final photographs.

Any provisions that are found to be unenforceable shall be limited or modified only to the extent necessary, while the remaining provisions shall continue in effect.

Pretty Promotions reserves the right to revise, modify, or update these Terms, Conditions & Website Policies at any time.
Updates become effective when posted to the website unless otherwise stated.
